Fenerbahçe midfielder Mert Hakan Yandaş nears return

Fenerbahçe midfielder Mert Hakan Yandaş is expected to return to official match squads following the conclusion of his suspension during the international break. The 32-year-old has not appeared in an official match since March 28, 2025.

Fenerbahçe head coach İsmail Kartal reportedly held a private meeting with Yandaş at the Samandıra Can Bartu Facilities to encourage him to maintain high training intensity. The technical staff will determine his role in the squad once the international break concludes, following the team's recent 8-0 victory over Eyüpspor.
