Bursaspor defeats Batman Petrolspor 2-1 to take league lead

Bursaspor defeated Batman Petrolspor 2-1 in an 8th-week Trendyol 1. Lig match held at the Batman City Stadium. Although Batman Petrolspor took an early lead in the 29th minute through a goal by Macedo, Bursaspor staged a second-half comeback.

Kelechi Iheanacho secured the victory for Bursaspor, scoring first from a penalty in the 60th minute and then adding a second goal in the 85th minute. With this win, Bursaspor reached 19 points and moved to the top of the league standings.

Following the match, Batman Petrolspor manager Selçuk Şahin expressed disappointment, noting that consecutive player injuries and tactical changes in the second half disrupted their momentum.
