Fenie Brossette to acquire Sopriam automotive asset in Agadir

Fenie Brossette is set to acquire an automotive business asset from Sopriam located in the Tassila area of Inezgane Aït Melloul, near Agadir. The transaction is structured as an asset acquisition rather than a capital stake purchase.

The acquisition includes the full range of operations for the sale and maintenance of vehicles. The site currently serves as a dealership for new vehicles from brands including Peugeot, Citroën, and DS, while also managing used vehicle sales, spare parts, and automotive repair services.

Historically focused on industrial materials and construction equipment, Fenie Brossette has been active in automotive distribution since 2013. This move is intended to solidify the company's presence in the Moroccan automotive market by integrating comprehensive maintenance and sales activities previously managed by Sopriam.
