Fenix Rally concludes with Feryn Dakar Sport finishing in top positions

Feryn Dakar Sport successfully completed the Fenix Rally despite facing mechanical issues earlier in the week. In the penultimate stage, Pascal Feryn and Kurt Keysers secured second place in their Toyota Hilux, finishing 3:22 behind stage winner Vincent Thijs. Koen Wauters and Tom De Leeuw also performed well, taking third place in that stage.

The penultimate stage was shortened after 104 km due to poor track conditions caused by heavy rainfall. Organizers neutralized the race after drivers encountered a dried lake bed that had turned into an impassable marsh.

In the final standings, Koen Wauters finished fourth overall, while Pascal Feryn finished eleventh. Both drivers expressed satisfaction with their recovery following earlier technical setbacks, such as a broken belt, and indicated interest in participating in the upcoming Spanish rally raid championship.
