Fenner House, award-winning modernist home, for sale

Fenner House, a heritage-listed modernist townhouse in South Yarra, Melbourne, has been put on the market for an asking price of $5 million to $5.5 million.

Designed in 1964 by acclaimed architect Neil Clerehan, the home was awarded the Victorian Institute of Architects’ most outstanding house award in 1967. The property is noted for its mid-century design elements, including exposed brick walls, timber ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, and three internal courtyards that provide natural light to every room.

Added to Victoria’s heritage register in 2016, the residence features an open-plan layout that integrates indoor and outdoor spaces. This marks the third time the iconic property has been offered for sale.
