Ferencváros defeats Torreense 4-1 in Europa League

Ferencváros maintained a perfect record in the Europa League group stage after a 4-1 victory against Portuguese side SC Torreense at the Groupama Arena. Bamidele Yusuf opened the scoring in the 20th minute, but Manu Pozo quickly equalized for the visitors.

Following the halftime break, Mariano Gómez restored the lead with a header. The match was further decided in the 80th minute when Mohamed Diadié scored an own goal. Krisztián Lisztes secured the final goal in the 90th minute, assisted by Lenny Joseph, who returned to action after a two-month injury layoff.

With three wins from three matches, Ferencváros sits temporarily in second place in the league phase. Head coach Balázs Borbély noted that while the team struggled with transitions in the first half, they successfully adapted tactically to overcome the opponent's intensity. The team's next Europa League fixture is an away match against AC Milan on November 5.
