Ferencváros drawn into Champions League Group D

The UEFA men's water polo Champions League group stage draw has been finalized. Ferencváros has been placed in Group D, where they will face CN Marseille of France, Panathinaikosz of Greece, and Steaua Bucuresti of Romania.

Other group compositions include:

Group A: Waspo Hannover (Germany), Jadran Herceg Novi (Montenegro), Olympiakosz (Greece), and Sabadell (Spain).

Group B: Oradea (Romania), Brescia (Italy), Radnicki (Serbia), and Pro Recco (Italy).

Group C: Barceloneta (Spain), Mladost Zagreb (Croatia), Novi Beograd (Serbia), and Jadran Split (Croatia).

The first stage consists of four groups of four teams, with the top two from each group advancing to the quarter-finals. The final stages of the tournament are scheduled to take place in Belgrade next year.
