Ferentino administration undergoes political reshuffle

In Ferentino, local administration is undergoing a reshuffle as assessor Elena Maria Cestra prepares to step down following a request from Fratelli d'Italia (FdI). The party intends to nominate a successor with proven experience to maintain gender balance within the Giunta.

This political repositioning is viewed as a move to prepare for the 2028 municipal elections. Other administrative matters remain unresolved, including an ongoing appeal to the Tar by Piera Dominici and discussions regarding various delegated responsibilities. Mayor Piergianni Fiorletta has maintained full support for Budget Assessor Franco Martini.
