Feria de Arte MZL 2026 advances to classification phase

The Secretaría de Cultura y Civismo de Manizales and the Universidad de Caldas have announced updates regarding the “Imaginarios: Arte, Territorio y Representación – Feria de Arte MZL” call for entries, part of the UNESCO 2026 project.

Following a document review of 36 submitted proposals, organizers reported that no participants were required to rectify or supplement their documentation. Consequently, no list of applicants requiring corrections was generated, allowing the process to move toward the proposal classification phase.

A revised schedule has been established following an extension of the application period due to an earthquake on August 10. The updated timeline includes the publication of final results on September 21, 2026. The initiative aims to promote and recognize artistic expressions within Manizales.
