Ferkessédougou dry port expected to be delivered by late 2028
The construction of the Ferkessédougou dry port in Côte d'Ivoire is progressing, with delivery expected by the end of 2028. Minister of Infrastructure Yacouba Hien Sié recently visited the site to assess development.
Spanning 732 hectares, the project is intended to serve as a vital logistical link for the Port of Abidjan, facilitating trade with the country's interior and the wider West African sub-region. The multimodal platform will feature specialized cargo terminals, a 61,000 m³ hydrocarbon depot, and infrastructure to support agropastoral sectors. The site will be connected to the national railway network to ensure efficient movement of goods.
