Fermana defeats Fermignanese 2-0

Fermana secured a 2-0 victory against Fermignanese at the Bruno Recchioni stadium. The match was a physical and competitive encounter, with the deadlock broken shortly after the second-half restart when Thiakane scored a header following a cross from Hussein.

Fermana extended their lead in the final stages of the game through Hussein, who converted a pass from Schena following a counter-attack initiated by Fofi. Despite Fermignanese nearly equalizing with a shot that hit the crossbar, Fermana maintained their defensive composure to secure the win.

Following recent successes, including a victory over Montegranaro and qualification for the Coppa Italia quarterfinals, coach Marco Sansovini praised his team’s ability to remain compact and resilient under pressure. The win concludes a successful week for the club as they prepare for upcoming fixtures in both league play and the Coppa Italia.
