Fermin Aldeguer returns to riding ahead of Aragon Grand Prix
MotoGP rider Fermin Aldeguer has returned to motorcycle riding following a fractured vertebra sustained during practice at Assen. The injury sidelined the Gresini Racing rider for the Dutch, German, and British Grands Prix, during which time he was replaced by Iker Lecuona.
Aldeguer recently tested both a Ducati Panigale V2 and a Honda CBR600RR at a karting circuit in Cartagena, Spain. This progress suggests a potential return to competition at the Aragon Grand Prix on August 28. If Aldeguer competes at MotorLand, Ducati will field all six of its full-time riders in a single Grand Prix for the first time since April.
