Fermo administration faces scrutiny over legal costs and public works
The Municipality of Fermo is facing scrutiny regarding its management of legal disputes and public procurement processes. Following a court ruling in favor of Saturnino Di Ruscio, which the municipality subsequently appealed, questions have been raised about the transparency and economic impact of the administration's legal strategies on public funds.
Additionally, concerns have been raised by opposition councilor Saturnino Di Ruscio regarding the renovation works at Palazzo dei Priori. The contract was awarded to the company Crucianelli, which has indicated intentions for significant subcontracting. Di Ruscio has questioned whether the administration properly verified the subcontracting requests in light of ongoing investigations and whether the company's high number of active construction sites in the Marche region is compatible with its workforce size.
