Fermo Mayor Scarfini reviews first three months in office

Alberto Maria Scarfini has released a report marking his first three months as Mayor of Fermo. He described the period as intense and productive, focusing on public works, events, and urban programming.

Key infrastructure projects mentioned include the Casabianca Waterfront, the completion of the South Coast cycle path, the Marina Palmense natural oasis, and the Molini-Campiglione pedestrian-cycle bridge. Additionally, the administration has moved forward with Pinqua project interventions and road repairs in Santa Petronilla.

Scarfini also highlighted the signing of the Plan for Public Real Estate in collaboration with the State Property Agency and other entities, a strategic move intended to coordinate the recovery and reuse of municipal assets.
