Fernanda Abreu and Alcione headline major Goiás music events

Brazilian pop icon Fernanda Abreu will close the Saga Jazz Festival 2026 as a special guest. The concert is scheduled for 15 August at the historic Casarão Serra do Ouro in Pirenópolis, where she will perform with the Grooveria Eletroacústica big band curated by festival organizers Fausto Valle Jr., Ricardo de Pina and Lori Canela.

Samba legend Alcione, known as the “Rainha do Samba,” is set to give a one‑night solo show on 1 August at the Arena Multiplace in Goiânia. The performance will feature her classic hits such as “Não Deixe o Samba Morrer” and “A Loba,” attracting fans from across the state of Goiás. Tickets for both events are sold through digital platforms.

Both concerts are highlighted as major cultural moments for the region, showcasing a blend of jazz, pop, and traditional Brazilian music.
