Fernanda Castillo attends premiere of 'Django con la Soga al Cuello

Actress Fernanda Castillo attended the premiere of the third season of "Django con la Soga al Cuello" at the Teatro del Bosque Julio Castillo. Written and directed by Antonio Vega, the production uses a western-inspired meta-fiction format to address themes of depression, compassion, and friendship through a combination of theater, cinema elements, puppets, and live music.

The play follows a playwright struggling to write a happy story because his protagonist, Django, is experiencing deep depression. The production has previously received recognition, winning Los Metro awards for Best Play and an ACPT award for Best Sound Design. Castillo described the theatrical experience as "an incredible vaccine against dehumanization."
