Professora Dorinha campaigns in Tocantins with focus on healthcare and infrastructure

Professora Dorinha, candidate for the governorship of Tocantins, has held several campaign events across the state, focusing on infrastructure and healthcare commitments.

In Sítio Novo, Governor Wanderlei Barbosa and federal deputy candidate Jair Farias reaffirmed their support for Dorinha. During the event, which drew approximately 13,000 people, regional demands such as hemodialysis services, imaging exam structures, and the return of the IML to Augustinópolis were discussed.

In the Bico do Papagaio region, specifically in Praia Norte, Dorinha pledged to prioritize healthcare investments. Her proposals include ensuring the full operation of the regional hospital, constructing a new maternity hospital, and structuring local services to prevent patients from having to travel long distances to cities like Araguaína or Palmas for treatments like hemodialysis.

Additionally, in Aragominas and Santa Fé, the candidate addressed the need for improved roads, bridges, and better access for rural settlements. In Aragominas, the mayor highlighted the importance of bridge construction, while in Santa Fé, discussions centered on paving and health and education resources.
