Fernando Orihuela criticizes Arnoldo Mallma in Junín elections

Former governor Fernando Orihuela has intensified his criticism of Arnoldo Mallma, the Alianza para el Progreso (APP) candidate for the Junín Regional Government. During a campaign event in the central jungle, Orihuela accused Mallma of representing a negative continuity of Zósimo Cárdenas’s current administration.

Orihuela raised concerns regarding the political and professional ties between Mallma’s associates and the current regional government. Specifically, he targeted Yessenia Baltazar, the APP vice-gubernatorial candidate, alleging that her business has conducted commercial operations exceeding six million soles with the current regional administration, including the supply of fuel.
