Fernando Zampedri scored a hat‑trick as Universidad Católica beat Universidad de Concepción 5‑1 at the Claro Arena to close the 15th round of Chile’s Liga Primera. The striker’s three goals in the first half pushed his season total to 15, making him the competition’s top scorer.

After the victory, Católica moved to second place with 26 points, ten behind leaders Colo Colo, while the defeated side sit 11th with 19 points.
