Fernandópolis teacher suspended over sexual messages with students

A teacher from the municipal school system in Fernandópolis, São Paulo, has been suspended following allegations of exchanging sexual messages with students aged 10 to 12. The investigation began after a school employee overheard students discussing conversations held with the teacher on social media.

A police report indicates that a parent discovered the content of the messages, which reportedly included an invitation for students to go to a cinema and subsequently to a motel. Images and audio files have been submitted to the Civil Police for analysis.

The Fernandópolis City Hall stated that it has taken immediate action by suspending the employee and registering a police report. The municipality is providing support and legal assistance to the affected students and is cooperating fully with the ongoing investigation.
