Ferran Adrià to appear on David Broncano’s ‘La Revuelta’

The Spanish television program ‘La Revuelta’, hosted by David Broncano on RTVE, has featured significant guests and discussions. Following a Monday episode featuring medical researchers from Hospital La Paz—Francisco Hernández-Oliveros and Antonio Pérez Martínez, who discussed revolutionary organ transplant methods—the show continues its programming.

On Tuesday, September 29, the program will host renowned chef Ferran Adrià. Adrià is expected to present ‘Gènesi’, a six-episode fiction series detailing the history of the legendary restaurant elBulli and its impact on the gastronomic revolution. The project, which previously aired on TV3, is slated for release on Netflix.

During the previous broadcast, Broncano shared a personal anecdote regarding his father’s former role as a hospital orderly, responding to a discussion about the risks and unpredictability involved in medical procedures.
