Ferrara councilor questions Festa dell’Unità authorizations

In Ferrara, Forza Italia city councilor Diletta D’Andrea has raised questions regarding the upcoming Festa dell’Unità, an event organized by the Partito Democratico scheduled for September 11–20 at the Baluardo di Santa Maria della Fortezza.

D’Andrea is seeking clarification on whether all necessary authorizations have been obtained, specifically noting that the venue is a protected historical site. She has questioned if the Superintendency has granted permission and whether proper acoustic impact reports and noise derogations were filed to protect local residents from music-related pollution.

The inquiry also touches upon the use of public funds for the event and whether the municipal vigilance commission has been properly informed to ensure compliance with local regulations.
