Ferrara hosts community art and urban culture events

Ferrara is hosting several community-focused cultural and social events. On September 20, 2026, the “L’Officina dei Desideri” event will take place in Piazzetta Cacciaguida. Organized by LaQuadra APS with municipal patronage, the program includes artisan demonstrations, a metalwork exhibition titled “Metalli Pe(n)santi,” children's workshops, puppet shows, and yoga sessions.

Additionally, the Darsena area will host the fifth edition of the Dock Skills Contest on October 3 and 4. This event focuses on urban culture and includes competitions in skateboarding, hip hop, freestyle rap, and basketball. The festival will also feature street art workshops, local craft exhibitions, and various social activities aimed at supporting the local urban scene.
