Ferrara hosts Puro Cioccolato Festival to celebrate confectionery excellence

The Puro Cioccolato Festival is set to take place in Ferrara from Friday, October 16, to Sunday, October 18, in Piazza Trento e Trieste. This event marks the launch of the 2026/2027 tour for the festival, which has been relaunched due to high demand from industry operators.

The festival will feature over twenty stands hosting master chocolatiers and pastry professionals from Italy and abroad. Organized in collaboration with Confartigianato Ferrara and supported by the local municipality, the event aims to showcase the creativity and quality of the confectionery sector.

Graziano Gallerani, provincial president of Confartigianato Ferrara, noted that the event serves to support businesses and traditions that represent the 'Made in Italy' heritage. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Saturday at 9:30 AM.
