Ferrara: M5S councilor reports delays in accessing Grattacielo documents
Marzia Marchi, a city councilor for the Movimento 5 Stelle, has reported the Ferrara Prefecture regarding delays in accessing official documents related to the Grattacielo building. The request, submitted on July 20 under the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities, concerns documentation regarding the administration's position as the owner of real estate units in the via Felisatti complex, which remains unusable following a fire in January.
Marchi stated that after a follow-up request went unanswered, she was required to escalate the matter to the Prefecture. The requested documentation includes seven categories of records, such as fire safety system compliance projects, cost estimates, procurement contracts involving Mezzadri studio and Ghiotti, and updated progress reports. Additionally, the request seeks accounting reports on debts and credits, as well as administrative and judicial documents related to the 2018 directorial ordinance.
