Ferrara region hosts upcoming cycling tour and half marathon

Several local sporting and recreational events are scheduled in the Ferrara region. On September 5, the Pro Loco of Copparo will host “Uno sguardo sul paesaggio,” a 24 km bicycle tour. The route includes visits to the churches of Denore, Villanova, and Albarea, as well as Villa Beltrame, concluding with a lunch in Fossalta di Copparo.

Additionally, preparations are underway for the inaugural “Road to Abbazia di Pomposa Half Marathon” on September 27. As part of the lead-up to the race, community training sessions involving running and walking have been organized to promote social interaction and physical activity without competitive pressure.
