Ferrari completes €250 million buyback tranche, treasury reaches 9.6% of shares
Ferrari N.V. announced the execution of the second tranche of its €250 million share‑buyback program, part of a multi‑year plan totalling about €3.5 billion through 2030. Between 22 June and 26 June 2026 the company bought 62,641 of its own shares on the NYSE at an average price of €305.07 per share, spending €19.11 million. After these purchases the treasury held 17,991,331 shares, equal to 9.59 % of total issued capital (9.60 % including special voting shares).
Since the program’s start on 5 January 2026, Ferrari has repurchased 1,472,743 shares for a total consideration of €433.93 million. The company reports that, as of 3 July 2026, it had invested €137.93 million for 468,979 shares on the European exchange and €40.80 million for 118,319 shares on the NYSE. The buyback activity has been reflected in the market, with Ferrari’s stock rising on the FTSE‑MIB, breaking recent resistance levels and drawing attention from analysts regarding potential further upside.
