Ferrari completes €250 million second‑tranche buyback, buying 57,800 shares
Ferrari N.V. continued its multi‑year share repurchase programme by executing the €250 million second tranche announced on 10 April 2026. Between 20 and 24 July 2026 the company bought 57,800 ordinary shares on Euronext Milan at an average price of €321.3537, spending €18.574 million.
Since the programme’s start on 5 January 2026, Ferrari has repurchased a total of 1,612,475 shares for €479.382 million, including €183.383 million for 608,711 shares on the Milan exchange and $40.798 million (about €35.241 million) for 118,319 shares on the NYSE. As of 24 July 2026 the firm held 1,502,095 treasury shares, representing 0.85 % of issued common shares and 0.64 % of total share capital when special voting shares are included. The buyback activity coincided with a rise in Ferrari’s Milan‑listed price to roughly €326.7.
