Ferrari Enzo Black Edition to be auctioned at Monterey Car Week
A 2003 Ferrari Enzo finished in the rare Nero D.S. black paint will be offered at auction by Broad Arrow Auctions during Monterey Car Week. The car has logged 21,352 kilometres (13,268 miles) and carries a Ferrari Classiche certification after a recent $80,000 service.
The auction estimate is US$9 million to US$11 million, and the sale will have no reserve price, setting the stage for a competitive bidding battle among collectors. The Enzo was originally sold new in Nevada, changed hands in Colorado in 2009, was bought by a Scottsdale, Arizona collector in 2012, and moved with that owner to Florida in 2022.
A comparable black Enzo with a red‑leather interior sold earlier this year for US$15.18 million, underscoring the premium that the limited‑run black colour scheme commands in the collector market.
