Ferrari F50 expected to exceed $20 million at auction

A 1997 Ferrari F50 with only 106 miles on the odometer is expected to sell for over $20 million at a Broad Arrow Auctions event on October 31. If the sale reaches this threshold, it would set a new record for the F50 model and potentially become the most expensive Ferrari sold at a public auction.

Produced between 1995 and 1997, Ferrari manufactured only 349 units of the F50, making it rarer than its predecessor, the F40. This specific vehicle is build number 334. It was originally delivered to its first owner in the United Kingdom and has remained stored for nearly 30 years.

The car features a Rosso Corsa red exterior with a black Nero interior and red accents. It is powered by a 4.7-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine derived from Formula 1 technology. Because of its extremely low mileage, the paint, leather, and chrome exhaust tips are reported to be in pristine condition. The auction includes original accessories such as the removable hardtop, a three-piece Schedoni luggage set, and factory tools.
