Ferrari to debut major SF-26 technical upgrades in Austin

Ferrari is preparing to introduce its final major aerodynamic upgrade package of the season for the SF-26 at the United States Grand Prix in Austin. The update focuses on the car's floor, sidepods, and upper bodywork. Unlike competitors who have pursued radical new sidepod concepts, Ferrari is opting for an evolutionary approach to improve existing solutions, specifically aiming to reduce aerodynamic drag.

The technical changes are intended to provide a wider operating window and better stability across different track conditions, potentially allowing for softer car setups. While some components may debut in Austin, further cooling configurations are expected for the upcoming Mexican Grand Prix to handle higher altitudes.

In addition to technical updates, the team has released a mysterious teaser in collaboration with sponsor HP. This has led to speculation among fans regarding a potential special livery reveal for the race weekend at the Circuit of the Americas.
