Ferrari's production booked through 2027, new orders postponed to 2028

Ferrari has filled its production order books through 2027, meaning the earliest new cars will not be delivered until 2028. The Italian marque delivered 6,802 vehicles in the first half of 2026, 285 fewer than the same period a year earlier, with Europe, the Middle East and Africa accounting for about half of sales. Internal‑combustion models made up 70 % of deliveries and hybrids 30 %.

Strong demand underpins a lineup that this year saw the launch of the Amalfi Spider, the all‑electric Luce, and the 12Cilindri Manuale with a simulated gated gearbox. Additional models such as the 296 Speciale, Purosangue SUV with the Handling Speciale option and a potential Aperta convertible are scheduled for later in 2026. CEO Benedetto Vigna described the current range as “the most complete in history.” The excess of demand over the deliberately limited supply reinforces high resale values on the secondary market.
