Ferrero Group to acquire Purely Elizabeth

Ferrero Group has signed an agreement to acquire Purely Elizabeth, a U.S.-based company specializing in granola, oatmeal, and cereals. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Ferrero’s presence in the American breakfast market and the growing ‘better-for-you’ food segment.

Founded in 2009 and based in Boulder, Colorado, Purely Elizabeth has reportedly doubled its sales over the last two years. The brand focuses on premium products using ingredients such as oats, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. Following the closing of the deal, Ferrero plans to support the brand’s growth through increased product innovation, expanded distribution, and enhanced operational capabilities while maintaining the brand's existing identity.
