Ferrero agrees on 2025/2026 production bonus with Italian unions

Ferrero has reached an agreement with national and local trade unions, including Fai-Cisl, Flai-Cgil, and Uila-Uil, regarding the Objective-Linked Bonus (PLO) for the 2025/2026 fiscal year. The agreement affects approximately 7,000 employees across various Italian sites, including Alba, Balvano, Pozzuolo Martesana, and Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi.

The bonus is calculated based on two main parameters: the company's overall economic results (30%) and the specific management results of each individual plant or area (70%). Due to performance levels exceeding 90% of set targets, the average gross bonus will exceed 2,500 euros. Specific amounts vary by location, with Sant’Angelo receiving the highest at approximately 2,555 euros and Pozzuolo at approximately 2,426 euros.

Payments are scheduled for October 2026. Employees also have the option to convert portions of the bonus (in increments from 300 to 1,500 euros) into flexible benefits through the “Ferrero Care” platform. This conversion covers areas such as family assistance, healthcare, and supplementary pensions, and includes a 20% company contribution to the converted amount.
