Ferretti Group reports 13% profit drop, cuts 2026 outlook

Ferretti Group posted a net profit of €37.9 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, a decline of 13.1% compared with the same period a year earlier. Net revenue fell 5.6% to €585.6 million, with the first quarter showing an 8.0% drop and a partial recovery in the second quarter.

The order book shrank sharply, falling 25.75% to €564.9 million, prompting the company to revise its 2026 guidance. Expected revenue is now €1.240‑1.250 billion (down from €1.250‑1.265 billion) and adjusted EBITDA is projected at €186‑197 million (down from €203‑210 million). CEO Stassi Anastassov said the results were below expectations, citing Middle‑East geopolitical tensions and a macro‑economic environment that lengthens client decision times. He outlined four operational priorities for the second half of the year, focusing on timely yacht deliveries, converting commercial opportunities into signed contracts, maintaining price and product‑mix discipline, and rebuilding liquidity and the order portfolio.
