Ferretti Group reports 18.2% drop in nine-month net profit

Ferretti Group, a luxury yacht manufacturer, reported a net profit of 49.9 million euros for the first nine months of 2026, representing an 18.2% decrease compared to the previous year. While net revenues remained stable at 888.6 million euros, adjusted EBITDA fell by 7.8% to 130.6 million euros, with margins decreasing from 16% to 14.7%.

The company has revised its 2026 profitability guidance downward, now forecasting an adjusted EBITDA between 174 and 185 million euros, compared to the previous estimate of 186–197 million euros. However, revenue targets of 1.2 to 1.24 billion euros and investment plans of 60 to 65 million euros remain confirmed.

Order intake for the nine-month period declined by 13.8% to 664.9 million euros, though a recovery was noted in the third quarter with a 6.6% increase. The company attributed the overall decline to geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainty, which has lengthened negotiation times for superyachts and custom-made orders. Geographically, orders grew by 1.8% in Europe but saw significant declines in the Middle East and Africa (-36.5%) and the Americas (-42.2%).
