Ferreycorp celebrates Heavy Equipment Operators Day in Peru

More than 250 heavy machinery operators participated in a training and integration event held at the Ferreyros Demonstration Center in Lurín to mark Operator Day. The event also celebrated the 14th anniversary of Ferreycorp’s Heavy Equipment Operators Club.

Organized by Ferreycorp and its companies Ferreyros, Unimaq, and Orvisa, the initiative has provided free training to over 60,000 professionals since its inception. The sessions included theoretical and practical demonstrations led by specialists to enhance technical skills and equipment handling.

During the gathering, members of the club volunteered to operate machinery in response to the El Niño phenomenon. The club continues to promote continuous education through in-person seminars and virtual talks to strengthen the competencies of the national operator community.
