Ferreyros recognized for disability inclusion practices in Peru

Ferreyros, a heavy machinery leader, has received first place in the Employment category of the 2026 Inclusive Management Good Practices Contest. The award was presented by the National Council for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (Conadis), an entity under the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations.

The recognition stems from the company’s “Diferencias que Suman” initiative, which aims to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities by removing attitudinal and communicational barriers. Key components of the program include Peruvian Sign Language workshops, the implementation of manuals and guides for reasonable adjustments, and tools to strengthen the capabilities of workers with disabilities.

This initiative is part of PARES+, a corporate program focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Conadis contest recognized 49 total initiatives aimed at strengthening inclusion and guaranteeing the rights of persons with disabilities in Peru.
