Ferrol highlighted in 'Viajeros Cuatro' travel episode showcasing regional attractions

The travel program “Viajeros Cuatro” devoted a large portion of its broadcast to the Ferrolterra region of north‑western Spain. Hosted by content creator Nerea Armendáriz (known online as La Morrofino), the show visited the city of Ferrol, the beach of Pantín, the coastal town of Cedeira and the pilgrimage sanctuary of San Andrés de Teixido. The episode combined footage of historic sites, natural scenery, local gastronomy and cultural traditions, aiming to promote the area to a national audience.

Highlights included a tour of Ferrol’s naval heritage and its vibrant cultural scene, a segment with Galician singer‑songwriter Andrés Suárez at Pantín beach – a place he describes as a personal refuge and source of inspiration – and an exploration of the legends surrounding San Andrés de Teixido, including the local saying about souls of the dead and the respect for forest animals believed to embody unfulfilled pilgrimages.
