Ferruccio Ulivi Institute selected for Italian national education project

The Ferruccio Ulivi Comprehensive Institute in Poggio Moiano has been selected by the Italian Ministry of Education and Merit to participate in a national experimental project titled ‘A scuola, per imparare ad essere’. This initiative focuses on developing non-cognitive and transversal skills through kindergarten programs, emphasizing emotional, relational, and social growth.

The institute is one of only two schools in the Rieti province to be chosen for this program. The project aims to implement active and participatory teaching methodologies, such as laboratory-based learning and tinkering, to address socio-economic challenges and inequalities within the local community.
