Ferry Juan reports social media account for defaming Yusuf Kartiko

Ferry Juan has filed a legal report with Bareskrim Polri against a social media account, identified as ‘Sojago’, for allegedly spreading false claims that his son, actor Yusuf Kartiko (also known as Ucup), uses narcotics.

Ferry Juan stated that the report was made to Bareskrim because the account owner is believed to be located in Surabaya, making a report to the regional police (Polda) more difficult to process. He emphasized that accusations of drug use must be supported by credible evidence, such as witnesses, physical proof, or official assessments from the National Narcotics Agency (BNN).

The legal process is currently being handled by the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police (Bareskrim Polda Metro Jaya). Ferry warned the account holder that they would be summoned for clarification regarding the defamatory posts.
