Festival de Fatias launches at Praia Grande shopping

The Festival de Fatias, a cake‑slice fair that went viral on social media after originating in Goiânia, will be held on July 17 and 18 at Shopping Pátio Aviação in Praia Grande, Brazil. The event is free to enter; visitors pay only for the slices, which are priced between R$ 17 and R$ 25. Organizers will feature generous portions of popular flavors such as pudim cake, Ninho with strawberry, and the chocolate‑rich Matilda. Local bakeries Arte e Festa, Delícia das Marias and Confeitaria da Fafá will present their own recipes, giving shoppers a chance to sample a variety of artisanal confections and support small producers.
