Festival F to return to Faro's historic center in September 2027

The organization of Festival F has announced that the event will return to the historic center of Faro, Portugal, from September 2 to 4, 2027. This upcoming 12th edition aims to maintain a commitment to Portuguese music and strengthen ties to Lusophone culture.

The festival is organized by the Faro City Council, the municipal company Ambifaro, and the Teatro Municipal de Faro – Teatro das Figuras. Following the conclusion of the 11th edition, which featured 67 concerts across eight stages in the Vila Adentro district, officials stated the event has established Faro as a cultural reference for Portuguese-language music.

António Miguel Pina, President of the Faro City Council, indicated that the 2027 edition will focus on consolidating the festival's scale while remaining open to cultural innovation and new audience experiences.
