Festival Sudamericana 2026 scheduled for August 23 in San Ginesio, Italy

The 14th edition of the Festival Sudamericana will take place on 23 August 2026 at the historic Complesso Monumentale dei Santi Tommaso e Barnaba in San Ginesio, Italy. The event highlights author Adrián N. Bravi, whose novel *Adelaida* was shortlisted for the Premio Strega, and will feature a range of Latin‑American and South‑American artists across poetry, literature, music, dance, cinema and visual arts.

The festival is sponsored by the Comune di San Ginesio, Fondazione Marche Cultura, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Fermo and several private partners. Media and cultural partners include Mensile del Libro e della Lettura, Revista Digital Literaria El Gato Negro, and F.O.R.A.R.T. fe. International collaborators such as the Festival Internacional de poesía En el Lugar de los Escudos (Mexico), Centro Cultural Tina Modotti (Italy/Argentina/Cuba) and the Revista Digital Literaria El Gato Negro (Spain) support the program, which will also be streamed online. Performers listed include Quatuor Terpsycordes, Quinteto Galván, Le Duo and poet‑musician Ivonne Sánchez‑Barea.
