Fetico proposes 16% wage increase for 240,000 ANGED workers

The Fetico trade union has presented its platform for the upcoming collective bargaining agreement for ANGED, representing over 240,000 workers in the large department stores sector. The proposal prioritizes a 16% salary increase distributed over three years: 6% in 2027, 5% in 2028, and 5% in 2029. This would raise the professional annual salary from €17,802 to €20,805.

In addition to wage hikes, the platform includes a 3% non-consolidated payment, reductions in working hours, improved family reconciliation measures, and a €1,000 vacation allowance for those who do not take leave. Fetico, which currently represents 53.85% of the unionized workforce in the sector, aims to establish a modern agreement that serves as a reference for other industries.
