FEUC 2027 elections: First vote counts released in Villarrica

The first vote counts for the 2027 FEUC elections have been released from the Villarrica campus. A total of 120 students participated in the voting held on October 6 and 7.

The Amanecer pacte secured the first majority in Villarrica with 41.67% of the votes, followed by Nueva Acción Universitaria (NAU) with 39.17%. In the Superior Council election, NAU and Amanecer tied with 35.83% each. Elías Fuentes of the Surgencia (SRG) movement was elected as the Territorial Counselor with 85% of the votes.

The election process was noted for student dissatisfaction regarding the absence of certain movements, including Movimiento Gremial (MG), Solidaridad (SDD), Avanzar (AVZ), and the 0% list, during the scheduled debates on October 5.
