Feyenoord eyes NEC winger Sami Ouaissa as potential successor to Anis Hadj Moussa

Feyenoord have been monitoring NEC forward Sami Ouaissa as a possible replacement for Algerian winger Anis Hadj Moussa, who remains under contract. The Rotterdam club reportedly has a personal agreement with Ouaissa and is waiting for Moussa’s departure before finalising any deal.

NEC are prepared to sell Ouaissa for a fee in the region of €9‑10 million, rejecting lower offers around €5 million. The 21‑year‑old prefers to stay in the Netherlands and aims to join a club among the Dutch top three, while also being linked with interest from abroad. Feyenoord’s technical director Dévy Rigaux says the club will continue weekly contact with the player, even as other Dutch sides such as PSV and Ajax search for right‑wing options.
