Feyenoord management faces unrest over Dévy Rigaux's transfer policy

Internal unrest has emerged within Feyenoord's management regarding the transfer policies of technical director Dévy Rigaux. Reports indicate that board members are concerned about the club's financial direction and the potential loss of significant revenue.

To date, the club has generated approximately 30 million euros in transfer fees, primarily from the 15 million euro sale of Leo Sauer to VfB Stuttgart. However, the club reportedly turned down two separate offers of 30 million euros each, totaling 60 million euros in missed potential. These rejected bids included a 30 million euro offer from Al-Ahli for Anis Hadj Moussa and a similar 30 million euro proposal from AS Roma for Givairo Read.

Board members have expressed concern that Rigaux's high asking prices, such as the 30 million euro valuation for Ayase Ueda, are considered excessive by other clubs and may be deterring interested buyers. This situation has reportedly created a climate of uncertainty among directors regarding the future of both the club and their own positions.
