Feyenoord midfielder In-beom Hwang linked with FC Porto transfer

South Korean midfielder In-beom Hwang, 29, has appeared in 54 official matches for Feyenoord since his September 2024 arrival, scoring four goals and providing eight assists. He is under contract with the Dutch club until mid‑2028. FC Porto are reported to be close to finalising a personal agreement with Hwang, with a transfer fee around €7 million expected, potentially completing before the Portuguese Super Cup on August 1.

Feyenoord turned down a €4 million offer from Mexican side Monterrey earlier in the window. The Dutch club retains multiple midfield options internally and still has time before the transfer deadline to decide on a sale or to seek another replacement, while Porto’s pursuit remains the most advanced.
