Feyenoord rejects 30‑million‑euro Al Hilal bid for forward Anis Hadj Moussa

Feyenoord turned down a transfer offer of about €30 million from Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal for Algerian forward Anis Hadj Moussa. Club technical director Dévy Rigaux said the club will seek the maximum possible return on outgoing transfers, a shift from the policy of his predecessor who would have accepted a quick sale.

The player has attracted interest from several Premier League sides and other Saudi clubs, but the Rotterdam side is not prepared to sell at the current price. In the same window Feyenoord announced the signings of Mika Mármol and Nacho Ferri, while indicating that further sales may be required to fund future acquisitions.

Club observer Martijn Krabbendam of Voetbal International confirmed the rejection and highlighted Rigaux’s new, more financially disciplined approach to the transfer market.
